The Company K and Y Investments (PTY) Ltd. was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 5th day of March, 1998 with the Registration Number of BW00000428535. The company started its business operation in April 2001 and has had successful trading years of more than fourteen years in the capital city of Gaborone.

PREMISES

Comprises an approximate area of 1600 square meters of which around 1000 square meters are allocated to retail sales and display while the remaining area is utilized as office space.

3. Wall tiles 150x150, 200x200, 200x300, 250x400, 300x600 and other large format tiles in gloss and mat finish.

4. Mosaic tiles for swimming pools, showers etc

5. Close couple and low level toilets and other accessories of variant quality.

6. Basins, urinals, etc.

7. Cobra and Grohe brand bath mixers, shower mixers, basin mixers and various taps & accessories

8. Tiling equipment, edge strips and other tiling accessories

9. Tiling adhesives for various use

10. Gyproc ceiling materials

SOURCING

We source our products from factories in Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, China and India.

EMPLOYMENT

The company currently employs fifteen (15) Batswana. In addition to that the company outsources some of its functions, including accounting to companies that employ citizens.

TRADING ACTIVITIES

Wholesale: We do supply to many companies in that country that stock building materials and hardware products.

Contractors: We do have listed contractors who do various projects in the country.

They do buy tiles and sanitary ware requirements from us.

Individuals: Those who want to finish their dream home come to us for their tiling requirements.

- Tile and Sanitary ware City has been actively engaged in discharging its social responsibility by way of contributing in various projects. These include, projects through office of the president, schools, Botswana Police Services, local councils and other NGO's.
